How do I add an AI chatbot to my Shopify store?
Install Aidevelopia AI Support Agent from the Shopify App Store. Then go to Online Store, Themes, Customize, App embeds, switch on Aidevelopia Chat Widget and save. No code and no keys to paste.
Do I need to edit my theme code?
No. The app adds the chat through a theme app embed you switch on in the theme editor. If you prefer, you can paste one script tag instead.
What does it learn from?
Your storefront pages, like products, collections, shipping and returns, plus any FAQs or files you add. Every answer shows the page it came from.
Can it check order status or stock levels?
Not yet. The app does not access your orders, inventory or customer data, so it answers from your public pages and policies.
How is it billed?
Through Shopify. Pick Free, Starter, Growth or Pro on Shopify's plan page and charges appear on your Shopify bill. Paid plans start at $20 a month and you can change plans any time.
What happens when a shopper wants a person?
Develia offers a person when it is unsure or when asked. You get an email, can reply live from your dashboard, and get an alert if a shopper waited without a reply.
What happens if I uninstall?
Shopify removes the app embed, so the chat disappears from your store straight away. Nothing is left in your theme code.
