What features are on the free plan?

The Free plan includes the website agent with 100 chats a month, answers from your knowledge with sources, handoff to a person and the unanswered-questions list. New accounts also get 30 days of Pro first, with every channel.

Which channels does it work on?

Your website on every plan, Telegram from the Starter plan, Discord from Growth, and Web3 features from Pro. Email is in beta: you can connect an inbox and send from your dashboard.

Does it make up answers?

No. It answers from the knowledge you add and shows the source. When the answer isn't there, it says so, logs the question for you and offers a person.

Do I need my own OpenAI or AI keys?

No. We run several AI providers for you and switch automatically if one is slow or down, so you never manage keys.

Can my team use it too?

Yes, from the Growth plan. Invite teammates and choose which parts of the dashboard each one manages, while billing stays with you.
