Why we started.
Small businesses in fast-growing markets run on messages. Customers ask about prices, delivery and opening hours on websites, Telegram and Discord, often late at night, and the owner answers each one by hand.
Generic chatbots didn't fix that. They guess, and a confident wrong answer about a price costs more than no answer at all. So we built an agent that answers only from the business's own knowledge, shows where each answer came from, and says so when it doesn't know.
We started with the markets we know best: messaging-first businesses in emerging markets, and Web3 communities. Develia now works for stores, communities, agencies and Web3 teams wherever their customers are.
How we build it.
- 01 Only what you've taught it Develia answers from your pages, documents and FAQs, and shows where each answer came from. No guessing about your prices or delivery.
- 02 Honest when it doesn't know It says so, saves the question for you to answer once, and lets the customer reach a person.
- 03 Your data stays yours We don't use your customers' conversations to train AI models. Export your knowledge any time, and ask us to delete your data.
- 04 Where your customers already are Your website, your Shopify store, WordPress, Telegram groups and Discord servers. One knowledge base for all of them.

Who is behind Aidevelopia?
Aidevelopia is a small team led by its founder and lead engineer, Austin Opia, a full-stack engineer with more than eight years of experience building Laravel and Vue applications.
What is Develia?
Develia is the AI agent Aidevelopia makes. It answers your customers on your website, Shopify store, WordPress site, Telegram and Discord, using only the knowledge you give it, and hands the chat to you when a person should answer.
Where is Aidevelopia based?
We started in Lagos, Nigeria, in 2025 and work with businesses and communities in many countries. Your workspace is hosted on DigitalOcean in the United States.
Do you use my data to train AI?
No. We don't use your customers' conversations to train AI models. You can export your knowledge base at any time, and email contact@aidevelopia.com to see, correct or delete your data.
