About Aidevelopia
Aidevelopia builds AI agents that answer customers and run communities for businesses. Our agent works on Shopify, WordPress, website chat, Discord, Telegram and email, and serves Web3 teams and NFT communities. It answers only from each business's own knowledge, hands off to a human when it isn't sure, and can take real actions, like moderating a community, with a receipt for every one.
The product is live, on the Shopify App Store, and used by real businesses. Now we need someone to put it in front of many more of them.
The role
You'll own growth and keep the business side running smoothly. Your job is simple to measure: more users, more paying customers, and a founder who spends his time building instead of on admin.
What you'll do
- Find, reach and convert new users: Shopify merchants, online businesses, agencies, and Web3 and Discord communities
- Run outreach that gets replies: cold email, LinkedIn, communities and partnerships
- Grow our partner program: recruit agencies, consultants and community owners who bring in customers
- Turn our social channels (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit) into a steady source of signups
- Manage the shared inbox: reply to leads and partners, filter spam, and flag what needs the founder
- Track what's working each week (leads, signups, conversions) and double down on it
- Handle day-to-day admin: scheduling, follow-ups, documents and partner records
Who you are
- You've done growth or user acquisition at a startup before, and you can show the numbers you moved
- You've brought in users or customers for a software product, ideally SaaS, a Shopify app or a community product
- You're a self-starter. You don't wait for a task list; you find the next lead and go after it
- You write clearly and persuasively, in emails, posts and replies
- You're organised. Inboxes, follow-ups and admin don't slip through the cracks with you
- You're comfortable with AI tools and use them to move faster
- Bonus: experience in e-commerce, Shopify, Web3 or emerging markets
