You upload your business knowledge — FAQs, product descriptions, policies, and any documents your customers ask about. AIDEVELOPIA reads those materials and uses them to answer customer questions accurately and instantly. Every answer comes from what you uploaded, not generic internet content.

What types of documents can I upload?

You can upload PDFs, Word documents, plain text files, HTML content, and Markdown files. You can also add FAQs and knowledge base entries directly in the dashboard. The system processes everything you provide and makes it available for your AI assistant to reference when answering questions.

How secure is my data?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every account has its own completely isolated data environment — your knowledge and customer conversations are never shared with or accessible by other businesses on the platform. You remain in full control of your knowledge and can update or remove it any time.

Can I customise how my AI assistant looks and speaks?

Yes. You can set your assistant's name, greeting, tone of voice, and brand colours from the dashboard. Your customers will interact with your branded assistant, not a generic AI tool. It looks and sounds like your business, not ours.

When a question falls outside your uploaded knowledge, your team gets notified so you can follow up personally. Unanswered questions are tracked in your dashboard, making it easy to identify gaps in your knowledge and fill them in so the same question gets answered automatically next time.
