Cookie Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how AIDEVELOPIA (https://aidevelopia.com) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website or use our platform. It explains what cookies are, which ones we set, why we set them, and how you can control them.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device on return visits, remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use the service. Cookies are not programs and cannot run code or carry viruses.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

We use four categories of cookies:

  • Essential Cookies

Necessary for the website and platform to function. These handle your login session, security protections on forms, and the record of your cookie consent decision. You cannot opt out of these — disabling them would prevent you from logging in or using the service.

  • Analytics Cookies

Collect anonymous, aggregated information about how visitors use the platform — such as which pages are visited most and how long sessions last. This helps us understand and improve the product. These are only set with your consent.

  • Functional Cookies

Remember your preferences such as language settings and interface choices so you do not have to re-enter them every visit. These are first-party cookies set only by AIDEVELOPIA, and are only set with your consent.

  • Third-Party Cookies

Set by third-party services that are active in your browser during a session. We currently use Google Analytics (analytics) and Stripe (payment processing). Each sets their own cookies subject to their own privacy and cookie policies. A full list of third-party cookies is available on our Cookie Declaration page.

3. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Authenticate your login and keep your session secure while you use the platform.
  • Remember your cookie consent decision so we do not ask you again unnecessarily.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription securely via Stripe.
  • Understand how visitors use the platform in aggregate so we can improve it (analytics, with consent only).
  • Remember your preferences and personalise your experience (functional, with consent only).

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You have full control over optional cookies. You can accept all, accept only essential, or make category-by-category choices at any time using our Cookie Settings page. Your preferences are saved for one year. You can also withdraw your consent at any time from the same page.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the platform. For browser-level instructions, search "manage cookies" in your browser's help section.

5. Third-Party Cookies

We use a small number of third-party services that may set cookies in your browser. These are limited to services that operate client-side during your visit:

  • Google Analytics — sets anonymous analytics cookies to help us understand platform usage. Only active with your consent. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — sets session cookies during checkout to secure your payment. These are active only when you initiate a payment and expire when your browser session ends. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Our AI processing uses server-side API calls to providers such as OpenAI and Groq. These are back-end calls and do not set cookies in your browser.

A complete list of all cookies currently in use is available on our Cookie Declaration page.

6. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new services, change providers, or in response to changes in applicable law. When we make changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you have consented to optional cookies, material changes to how those cookies are used will be communicated to you before they take effect.
