How much does an AI chatbot cost with Aidevelopia?
There is a Free plan, then flat monthly plans from $20. You pay the same each month whether it answers 10 questions or your full allowance. No fees per answer and no fees per seat.
What counts as a chat?
One question your agent answers, on any channel. A visitor who asks three questions uses three chats.
What happens if I reach my limit?
We email you when you have used 80% of your chats. If you reach the limit, the agent stops answering until your chats reset next month or you upgrade. There are no surprise overage charges.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 30 days of Pro free, with every channel and no card. After that you stay on the Free plan unless you choose a paid one.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. There is no contract.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down from your dashboard whenever you need to.
I installed from the Shopify App Store. How am I billed?
Through your Shopify bill, on the same plans. Shopify handles the charge, so there is nothing to set up with us.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
Do you have pricing for agencies?
Yes. Agencies that look after several clients can join the partner program for partner pricing.
