When it takes longer.

Five minutes is one website and one crawl. Here's what adds time, and the fix for each.

Your site has more than 20 pages One crawl reads up to 20. Crawl again from another section, or upload the documents your customers ask about. The bubble doesn't appear yet Wix, Webflow and Framer don't run custom code in preview. Publish first. A security setting (CSP) may need to allow aidevelopia.com. You'd rather start on Telegram Create a bot with @BotFather (free), paste its token, done. In groups, turn privacy mode off so it can read messages. Starter plan and above. You want it in your Discord server Connect the bot, pick your server, then click sync commands. Growth plan and above. Some moderation tools need extra bot permissions. You want it to look like your brand Logo, colours, bot name and welcome message live in Branding. Changes reach your site in about a minute, no code.

It only answers from what you give it, so the first week is about filling the gaps your customers show you.

Day 1 Read what people asked Open Unanswered. Every question it couldn't answer is there, with the exact words people used.
Day 2 Fill the gaps Click a question, then AI draft. Approve it and the answer goes into your Knowledge Base for next time.
Monday Check your email A weekly email groups the knowledge gaps by topic. On Wednesday, a second one lists questions still waiting.
Week 1 Turn on the extras In Website settings: open the chat with a question that fits the page, and let visitors talk to a person from the chat.

Before you start the clock.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. When you finish setup you get 30 days of Pro with every channel on, no card. When the trial ends you move to the Free plan (100 chats a month on your website) unless you pick a plan. Nothing you built is deleted.

Do I need a developer?

No. It is one line of code in your site's footer code box, and the dashboard shows the steps for your platform. WordPress has a plugin and Shopify has an app. You can also email the line to your developer from the dashboard.

Can I try it before customers see it?

Yes. Ask questions in Test your AI on your dashboard before you install anything. Each test question uses one chat from your plan. You can also try the live demo on your own website without signing up.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It tells the visitor honestly instead of guessing, and saves the question in Unanswered so you can add the answer. On your website, visitors can tap Talk to a human and leave their email.

Is it really five minutes?

For one website with a crawl, usually yes. It takes longer if your site has more than 20 pages, if you add Telegram or Discord too, or if you want to brand it first. The list above shows how to handle each.
