What does an NFT verification bot do?
It checks that a member really holds your NFT, then gives them a holder role so they can see gated channels. Develia does that and also answers their questions from your docs, with holder-only answers for verified holders.
Is Develia a Collab.Land alternative?
For holder roles in Discord on Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Arbitrum or Base, yes, and it answers questions too. If you need to gate who joins a Telegram group, or a chain we don't check yet, keep Collab.Land for that and run Develia alongside it.
Which chains can it check?
Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Arbitrum and Base. Solana holder checks are not available yet.
Do members pay gas or share their keys?
No. Members sign a message in their wallet to prove they own it. There is no transaction and no gas fee, and Develia never asks for a private key or seed phrase.
What happens when a holder sells?
Develia re-checks verified wallets every 15 minutes. Once a wallet no longer holds, that member stops getting holder-only answers. Their Discord holder role is removed the next time they verify.
Does it work in Telegram and on our website?
Yes. Verified holders get holder-only answers in Telegram and in the website chat, which has a Connect wallet button. Gating who can join a Telegram group is not available yet.
