Partner questions.

How much do partners pay?

$60 per client a month for 1 to 4 billable clients, and $50 per client once you have 5 or more. Clients on trial or on the free plan are never billed. You get one invoice a month, due 15 days after it is sent.

What does each client get?

The Pro plan, which is $80 a month at retail: 3,000 AI conversations a month, the website widget, Telegram, Discord, Web3 holder features and analytics, all from the client's own knowledge base.

Is it a white label AI chatbot?

Partly. On Pro the chat widget can run without the Aidevelopia badge, so your clients' visitors see their brand. The client dashboard and your partner portal stay Aidevelopia-branded, and there is no custom domain yet.

Who owns the client?

The client owns its workspace, content and data. Either side can end the partnership with 30 days' notice, and the client can carry on with Aidevelopia directly, keeping everything.

Can I see my clients' conversations?

No. Your portal shows each client's name, plan, status and trial dates. Conversations and knowledge stay private to the client.

What do I set up for each client?

Install the widget on their site with our Shopify app, our WordPress plugin or one script tag, connect their docs or website, and turn on Telegram or Discord if they have a community.

What happens if a trial client doesn't convert?

Nothing is billed. If you don't ask us to activate them before the trial ends, they move to the free plan at no cost to you or them.
