Yes. They use the same commands, limited by their Discord permissions, and every action is logged as a numbered case with who ran it.
What does it do when it can not answer?
It tags a moderator and adds the question to your gaps list, so you can answer it once. Members can also use /escalate.
Can it gate channels to holders?
