01 How the partnership works.
Partners resell Aidevelopia to their own clients. We bill the Partner. The Partner bills its clients at whatever price it chooses.
02 Pricing.
Each billable client workspace costs the Partner $60 per month when the Partner has 1 to 4 billable clients, and $50 per month each from 5 billable clients. A client on a free trial is never billable. Billing for a client starts only when that client moves from trial to a paid plan at the Partner's request.
03 Billing and payment.
We send one invoice per month listing billable clients. Payment is due 15 days after the invoice date. If an invoice is unpaid 30 days after the invoice date, we may pause the affected client workspaces until it is paid.
04 Free trials.
Every client invited by a Partner gets a 30-day free trial with full Pro access. No payment details are needed. If a client is not moved to a paid plan when the trial ends, its workspace moves to our free plan and nothing is charged.
05 Attribution.
Any client invited through the Partner's dashboard is recorded as that Partner's client. Businesses that already had their own Aidevelopia workspace before being invited cannot be claimed.
06 Client ownership and data.
Each client owns its workspace, content and data. The Partner can see a client's workspace name, plan, status and trial dates in the partner dashboard. The Partner cannot see a client's conversations or knowledge content. Client data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
07 Partner responsibilities.
The Partner provides first-line support to its clients, describes Aidevelopia accurately, and does not make promises about features we do not offer.
08 Public claims.
The Partner may not use our name, logo, "official partner" wording, or publish case studies about Aidevelopia without our written approval.
09 Ending the partnership.
Either side can end the partnership with 30 days' written notice. After it ends, each client can continue with Aidevelopia directly and keeps its workspace and data.
10 Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Partners are asked to accept the new version in the partner portal.
11 Liability.
Our total liability to a Partner under these terms is limited to the fees the Partner paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Everything not covered here follows our general Terms of Service.
