Sign up, finish the 3-step setup and get your first answers live.

Create your account

Sign up with your email. There is no card to enter. First you pick what you're setting up: a business (website, shop, community) or a Web3 project (NFT collection or developer tool). Web3 projects get their own dashboard, covered in Web3 project setup.

Finish the 3-step setup

  1. Your businessEnter your business name and pick your industry. The industry sets a starting tone and suggested topics.
  2. Your knowledge (optional)Add a few FAQs or upload documents now, or skip and do it from the dashboard later.
  3. Your channelsChoose where the agent should answer: your website, Telegram, Discord or Email. The ones you pick appear in your sidebar.

Logo, colours, welcome message and tone aren't part of setup. You set them any time under Branding.

Your free trial

When you finish setup, your account gets 30 days of Pro, with every channel turned on and no card needed. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan (100 chats a month on your website) unless you pick a plan. Nothing you built is deleted. See Plans and billing.

Get your first answers live
