Fix unanswered questions
See what your agent couldn't answer, approve AI drafts and close the gaps.
What gets logged
When your agent can't answer from your knowledge, it tells the visitor honestly and saves the question in Unanswered. This happens on your website widget, Telegram and Discord.
The page has tabs to keep things apart:
- General: questions the agent couldn't answer.
- Bugs and Features: reports sent with
/reportbugand/reportfeaturein Discord. - Feedback: notes members leave with
/developia escalate.
Fix a gap in one minute
- Open the questionClick a question in the list.
- Let AI draft the answerClick AI draft. It drafts an answer for you to check.
- Approve or write your ownIf the draft is right, approve it: it's added to your Knowledge Base and the question is marked resolved. If not, reject it and type your own answer when you resolve the question.
You can also resolve several questions at once, or mark one unresolved again.
Emails that keep you on top of it
- Every Monday morning: a digest of the gaps found that week, grouped by topic.
- Every Wednesday: a reminder of questions still waiting for an answer.
Your Dashboard also shows how many gaps are open and how many you've closed.
