Sign-in, passwords, your API key and closing your account.
Signing up and signing in
- You sign up with your email and a password. Google and wallet sign-in aren't available.
- We email you a link to confirm your address. You can finish setup first, but you need to confirm it before using the dashboard.
Forgot or change your password
- Forgot it: on the sign-in page, click forgot password and we'll email you a reset link. We also email you when your password changes.
- Change it: open your Profile. A new password needs upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol.
Two-factor sign-in
Two-factor sign-in is coming soon. Until then, use a strong password you don't use anywhere else.
Your API key
Your widget key sits in your website's code, so it's public by design. If you think it's being misused, regenerate it in API Key and paste the new code on your sites. Only the owner can see this page.
Close your account
To close your account and have your data deleted, email contact@aidevelopia.com from your account email. Cancelling your plan in Subscription stops payments, but doesn't delete your account.
