Dashboard numbers, chat and file usage, and the weekly emails.
Your dashboard at a glance
Dashboard shows how your agent is doing: answers backed by your sources, open gaps, how many gaps you've closed, your FAQs and documents, API requests and chat usage for the month.
Chat Usage
Chat Usage covers the last week, month or year:
- total chats against your limit, chats remaining and your success rate;
- average tokens per chat and your busiest hour;
- a daily trend line and an hourly bar chart.
Click Export for a CSV, which also includes failed chats and total tokens per day.
File Usage
File Usage shows how much storage each type of file uses, how much space you have left, and a warning if you're over your plan's limit. Switch between week, month and year instantly.
Insights per channel
- Website: the pages people ask from, ratings and full conversations.
- Telegramanalytics: answers, unanswered questions and 👍/👎 feedback.
- Discordanalytics and quality & latency: what members ask and how fast it answers.
Emails
- Monday: the week's knowledge gaps, grouped by topic.
- Wednesday: questions still waiting for an answer.
- At 80% and at 90% of your chats: one heads-up each per month, so you can upgrade before the limit.
