AI models and languages
How answers are made, which AI runs them and how languages work.
How answers are made
- It searches your knowledgeYour Knowledge Base, FAQs, documents and crawled pages.
- It writes the answer from what it foundAnd shows the source, so the visitor can check.
- If nothing fits, it says soIt logs the question in Unanswered and offers a person, rather than making something up. With fun mode on, it gives a clearly labelled best guess instead.
The AI behind it
We run several AI providers, so you never need your own account or API keys. If one is slow or down, your agent automatically moves to the next, so your customers don't see an error. By default the fastest provider answers first, with Cerebras, Gemini and OpenRouter as backups.
From the Growth plan, you can choose a preferred provider in BrandingAI Service Provider. The list shows the providers your plan includes.
Languages
Visitors can write in their own language and the agent replies in it, on the website, Telegram and Discord, on every plan. If the language isn't clear (a single word or an emoji), it replies in English.
- Your knowledge can stay in one language. You don't need a copy for every language.
- Matching works best when the question and your knowledge share a language. If many customers write in another language, adding your most important answers in that language helps.
- A few fixed messages, like "I don't have that in my information", are in English for now.
