Invite teammates and choose which parts of the dashboard they manage.
Invite teammates to look after parts of your dashboard, like the knowledge base or Discord, while billing and your API key stay with you.
How many people
Seats include you, the owner. Invites that haven't been accepted yet also use a seat.

During your free trial you can invite people too.
Invite someone
- Open TeamIn the sidebar, open Team and click + invite member. Only the owner sees this page.
- Choose what they can manageEnter their email and tick the areas they can manage: Dashboard, Branding, Knowledge, Website, Telegram, Discord, Email or Usage. Pick at least one.
- SendThey get an email with an Accept and join button. The link works for 7 days. They set their name and password, and they're in.
The invite must go to an email that doesn't already have an Aidevelopia account. Billing, Subscription, API Key and Team always stay with the owner.
Change or remove access
- edit areas changes what someone can manage.
- resend sends a new invite email.
- remove takes away their access straight away.
If a teammate opens a page outside their areas, they're taken to the first area they're allowed to see.
