Partner program for agencies
Apply, pricing per client, managing clients and what clients see.
Agencies can set up and manage Aidevelopia for their clients and get one monthly invoice for all of them. Read the overview on the partner program page.
Apply
Fill in the form on the partner page: agency name, your name, email, website and anything else we should know. We review applications by hand and email you when you're in. Before using the partner portal, you accept the current Partner Terms.

Clients on a trial, on the Free plan or suspended are never billed. Invoices are due within 15 days. A client workspace may be paused after 30 days unpaid, and either side can end the partnership with 30 days' notice. The Partner Terms have the details.
Add and manage clients
- Invite clients from the partner portal (up to 10 pending invites, 20 a day).
- The portal lists each client's business, plan, billing, status, trial end date and start date. Use request activation when a client is ready to go live.
- For privacy, the portal doesn't show your clients' conversations or knowledge. Setup work happens in the client's own dashboard.
What your client sees
- Their dashboard shows that it's managed by your agency, and billing pages tell them their plan is managed by you.
- Trial reminder emails go to you, not the client.
- If a client leaves your agency, they move to Aidevelopia directly with a fresh 30-day Pro trial.
