Plans, the free trial, chat limits and changing or cancelling.
The plans
Every plan is a flat monthly price in US dollars. No fees per answer and no fees per seat.

The free trial
New accounts get 30 days of Pro, with every channel and no card. After that you're on the Free plan unless you choose one. Paid plans you start from the pricing page also begin with a 30-day trial at checkout, before the first charge.
How chats are counted
- One chat is one question your agent answers, on any channel, including the Chat API and Discord's
/developia summarize. - When you've used 80% of your chats, you get an email and the usage bar on your dashboard turns amber.
- At the limit, the agent stops answering until your chats reset or you upgrade. You're never charged extra.
- Your chats reset every 30 days, counted from when your plan started.
Change or cancel
Everything happens in Subscription.
- Upgrade: if you already pay by card, your plan changes straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of this month. If the card is declined, you stay on your current plan. If you haven't added a card yet (the free trial or the Free plan), you pay through a secure Stripe checkout.
- Move to a smaller plan: you keep your current plan until your next billing date, then the lower price and limits start. No refund for the current month, and nothing extra to pay.
- Switch to Free: you won't be charged again. You keep your paid plan until the end of the month you paid for, then move to Free.
- Cancel: you won't be charged again and there's no contract. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
A scheduled change shows under your current plan on the Subscription page, with the date it starts.
Payments and history
Payments are handled by Stripe. Billing shows every payment, including monthly renewals, upgrade charges and any failed payment, plus your next billing date and your chat usage against your limit.
Installed from the Shopify App Store? You're billed through your Shopify bill on the same plans, with nothing to set up with us.
For higher volume or custom needs, talk to us about Enterprise. Agencies can join the partner program.
