Is my data used to train AI?
No. We don't use your customers' conversations to train AI models.
Where is it stored?
Your workspace is hosted on DigitalOcean in the United States. To answer questions, the relevant parts of your knowledge and the visitor's question are sent to the AI provider that writes the answer.
Which standards do you follow?
- We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and GDPR principles. We're not formally GDPR-certified.
- SOC 2 is in preparation.
- We don't sign HIPAA business associate agreements, so don't use the agent for patient health information.
Export your data
- Knowledge Base: Knowledge Base, click export. It downloads your active entries as a JSON file.
- Chat usage: Chat UsageExport downloads a CSV.
- Billing history: Billing, click export CSV.
Conversations can't be exported from the dashboard yet. Ask us and we'll help.
